Our Dried Apple & Cinnamon Stick Honey is made from dehydrating honey crisp apples grown right here on our farm in Hayden, Colorado, and infusing with organic crushed cinnamon stick.

We combine the honey, apple & cinnamon in a glass jar rotating it daily for two weeks under the heat of the sun. The warmth from the sun allows the honey to infuse with the oils in the apple & cinnamon. The infusion process takes three weeks.
