Our 2019 Holiday Edition honey is Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Bean Creamed Honey.

We used a Makers Mark bourbon reduction and Madagascar vanilla bean pods to create this holiday treat!

First, we infuse the bourbon reduction and vanilla bean pods, then we cream the honey for several days at 95 degrees.

This honey is absolutely decadent!
