Shipping Policy

  • We make every effort to have products shipped out within 2-5 business days of your order being placed.
  • Shipping is done through the carrier of your choice. Once your package is handed over to the carrier we are unable to control their rate of delivery.
  • Moffat Mercantile, Ltd IS NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Postal Service (UPS), or FedEx.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of receipt, at customerservice@moffatmercantile.com, include your order number and “Damaged Delivery” in the subject line.
  • If you need additional help regarding shipping, please email customerservice@moffatmercantile.com, include your order number and “Shipping Question” in the subject line.
